The general guidelines, details and demographics of the Babylon software are as follows:

• Good performing websites are generally related to; online dictionaries, translation, word association, synonyms. E-books, lifestyle and travel, astrology, news, software download, links-listing, education and teaching.
  
• One thing to consider is that the Babylon product works exceptionally well with foreign traffic. Users from a Spanish-speaking country visiting an English-speaking website (or vice versa) is a great example of where Babylon works very well.
  
• Our target group is 25-years and older with the user being a not-so-savvy internet user. This refers to a largely older audience who are often professionals (although this a somewhat of a generalization).
  
• There is an equal distribution between men and women, although numbers might shift slightly depending on specific market.
  
• The software also performs far better with Internet Explorer users vs. Firefox users. This means that Windows 7, Windows 2000 and Linux users have a lower conversion rate. Internet Explorer, Windows 98 and Windows XP (among others) have a higher conversion rate.
  
• The Babylon product performs relatively poor on sites relating to gaming, poker or adult entertainment – but this is not absolute and can vary. However, at this time adult entertainment is not a traffic option to utilize together with the Babylon offer.
  Forex related sites have been beginning to show some progress but are still less than optimal. In addition, college degree related sites do not generally work very well.
